What does this mean?
It has about 100% more gold than gold plated jewelry and is much more tarnish resistant. It is made by bonding together gold and another base metal so there is gold mixed in the piece, not just an outside coating. Gold filled jewelry will not change colors or flake and is a great (and economical) alternative to solid gold jewelry.
